Minister of Economy requests President to consider bank employees who died due to coronavirus as martyrs
The Minister of Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance of Iran sent a letter to the President, asking him to consider the esteemed and devoted colleagues of the banking system who died due to the coronavirus as service martyrs.

(SHADA: TEHRAN) -- In a letter to President Rouhani, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance of Iran asked to honor the staffs of the banking system who have sacrificed their lives to serve the noble Iranian nation.

In a part of the letter, we read: Bank employees who have been at the forefront of international cruel sanctions and have so far been able to support the various economic sectors of the country, this time like those working in the health sector are doing their best not to let the consequences of the outbreak affect businesses.

Undoubtedly, these sacrifices will forever remain at the brilliant pinnacle of the country's banking system as an unforgettable role model, and Inshallah, the Beneficent God will bestow the reward of the lost on Paradise.

In order to honor these sacrifices, we request you to agree to consider the staffs of the banking system who have sacrificed their lives to serve the noble Iranian nation as service martyrs.
