It is not possible to reconsider the process of offering Justice Shares
The Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance says that according to the law, it is not possible to reconsider the process of offering Justice Shares and give shares to those who have not received them.

(SHADA: TEHRAN) -- Following the open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Farhad Dejpasand answered reporters' questions about the government's plan for 40% of people who did not receive Justice Shares and said: Article 44 of the General Policy Implementation Law explicitly states that justice shares should be given only to the six lowest income deciles, and the offering of the justice shares began in 1385, and now nothing can be done for those who have not received justice shares.

In response to a question about the fact that the justice shares of the dead will not be inherited by their heirs, he emphasized: The justice shares of the dead will be inherited by their heirs according to the laws.

Of the 49 companies in the justice shares portfolio, 36 are listed companies and 13 are non-stock exchanges, and we are trying to bring as many non-stock companies as possible to the stock market.

Pointing to the process of release of justice shares, he said: Release means the management of justice shares by the shareholders themselves, which includes the sale, conversion and maintenance of shares, and now about 17 million and five hundred thousand people have chosen direct management.
